Check-in procedure
You can save time at check-in by uploading ALL required documents to our tournament account through your GotSport account no later than the last Sunday (Aug 13) before the tournament. Instructions are listed below. Uploading is optional. You can also opt to show all documents at check-in on day 1.
If you do not upload all required documents for all your players by the deadline, you will need to show all documents at the check-in table.
There cannot be any exceptions or extensions to upload your documents, as we simply won't have enough time to go through all the teams after the deadline.Â
If uploading your documents, make sure you bring all documents with you to the field as well, in case you may be asked for them.
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first game to check-in your team. If you uploaded all documents for all players, we will check the list of teams that properly uploaded all documents for all players by the deadline. If you did not upload all documents for all players, you will need to show all those documents during check-in.
The check-in location is where your games are scheduled

If you would like to create the account so that the player and their family can login, you'll want to assign an "Email/UserID" and temporary password to the account and let the parent know what that is so that they can login and access their account. The parent/player can then use these steps to login and access the newly created account at system.gotsport.com
For any players that you're removing from the event roster, click on the red "x" on the right side of the page for that player.
